Pavilion Dedication
The beautiful covered pavilion was built in the summer of 2006 using SHTRA funds and the memorial funds from Janet Taylor and Dennis Austin. There are three memorial benches in honor of avid trail riding members Janet Taylor, Dennis Austin and Kris Kulhanik, all are deeply missed. The Rangers 4-H club hosts an annual Judged Trail Ride for the Kris Kulhanik Scholarship Fund. Each summer SHTRA holds The DAMN Ride (Dennis Austin Memorial Night) with campover, moonlight ride, poker runs and potluck dinner.
