Spooky Ride
A fabulous day for the Spooky Ride! A beautiful warm day greeted the large group of 74 costumed riders waiting to "hit the trails" for the Annual Spooky Ride. The staging area was packed with over 60 rigs. Held on the Sunday of Ichabod Crane Weekend, SHTRA and Double M Riders 4-H club hold a fun costume event for you and your horse. Ride the trails through lots of "Spooky" obstacles. There is Trick-or-treating for you and your horse. Costumes for horse and rider are encouraged, but are optional. There are hotdogs (cooked by The Great Grill Wizard), cider, witch's brew, doughnuts and candy and candy and more candy! Thanks to leader Sandy and Kevin Bashore, Amber Schupp, Jan Mehney and their families for having a spooktacular event! Join us next year and get your picture on the website!
